At Events-TNT.com, To better help you get to know us, we would like to share our vision and philosophy with you. We will develop not just a work schedule, but a complete plan, to include standards of conduct, specific instructions, detailed show information, marked floor plans, and badge charts.
We will hire the registration companies, security companies / law enforcement agencies, temp agencies, floor managers, and first aid providers that best fit your needs. Once the move-in begins we will be there actively working with these companies and agencies to ensure that standards are met, and to proactively solve any issues before they become problems. We believe our approach is unique and are prepared to back it up with the guarantees and promises listed on the following pages.whenever possible.
Our value lies in our ability to bring the best out of the companies and agencies that we hire by raising their standards and holding them accountable for their performance. We constantly monitor their activity to be sure that they are not only physically present but that they have proper show and venue knowledge to be able to assist in your exhibitors and attendees needs.
With a background in hotel, museum, and event management, Tony has also experienced the trade show industry as an event coordinator, exhibitor, security consultant, floor manager, and as a contract manager for a major decorating company. The knowledge that Tony has gained through this variety of experiences gives him a unique perspective on how this industry operates.
In 1999 as operations manager for a major security company Tim was responsible for long term contracts, special events, and conventions. Seeing the potential growth possibilities within the security industry he decided to become an independent contractor in security management. Tim has managed security operations at shows in every key convention center in the country, with an innovative management style that creates an environment that is unmatched in the industry.
